OK Crush It was a book signing and evening party with Gary Vaynerchuck and my work was involved in helping to get the event planned and off the ground and I’m happy to see that the event was such a huge success. Several other local business came together and helped as well and I got the chance to meet some really awesome people in the process.

I hit up the event with my brother Jeremy and girlfriend Jennifer, who was also involved with the event, and we got our Crush It books signed by Gary V. earlier that day and later hit up the evening event. We met some really cool people at the event and listened to Gary V. give a talk about crushing it then later he taped a WineLibrary.tv episode. After the evening event was over there was a Sponsor’s after party that we hit up and while were there Gary V. came over and sat down with us in our booth and chatted for awhile and I got to say Gary is one cool guy. It was awesome to meet him and everyone at the event and we had a great time.

Side note: Dan Gordon if you are reading this, you did a great job with this event. It would not have happened without you.

Digg.com – Voted on news.
Digsby – Multi Protocol Instant Message Client with social networking apps (Twitter, Facebook, etc…)
iPhone – Syncs my podcast &  music and runs all sorts of useful apps.
Firefox – My choice in web broswer. Featured packed & extension support.
Flickr – Easily lets me share photos and photo blog.
uTorrent – Best torrent client out there for getting things from “spaces.”

It’s been over a year now that I’ve been on twitter as well as some of my friends and family and I’d absolutely would love to see more of you on there. My brother brought this shot glass and a bunch of other schwag back from his trip to Austin, Texas to attend SXSW Interactive. Thought I’d bust out the Patrón and dress it up nice and have homework break.

I’ve had several nice tech stickers that I’ve just been pinning up on my cork board because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with them. My brother just got back from SXSW Interactive and he had some stickers for me that he had gotten there. I figured it was time to finally do something with all these stickers and so I attacked my mini fridge with them. It’s a work in progress but I hope to cover it.
