Jennifer and I hit up the Eli Young Band concert at the Oklahoma State Fair after she won some VIP tickets and passes to meet the band. The whole thing was pretty fun but the VIP seating was horrible. The VIP section was off to the side at the front of the stage right in front of a huge speaker. Since we had to turn to see the stage we are both just about deaf in our right ear that faced the speaker.

Couldn’t have asked for better weather though, which is nice to have at an outdoor concert. After the concert we indulged in the usual fair food. Needless to say I ate too much as I do every fair.

I’m not to crazy of a fan for country music but there are a few songs from Eli Young Band that I like but when I didn’t care for whatever was being played I just played with the camera on my new phone resulting with the pictures bellow.

When I first saw headlines on my daily news sites about a Facebook movie I thought ‘Oh some fan created a cheesy video about Facebook.’ I ignored the headlines for a few days until I kept seeming them and then decided that maybe I should check this out.

I was shocked to see that a real movie about Facebook was/is being made. I was even more shocked to see Aaron Sorkin’s name attached to the movie. I’m a fan of Aaron Sorkin’s writing so maybe, just maybe this movie will be good.

I’ve seen the trailer a few times over the weeks since it’s launched and I have to say each time I see it grows on me a little bit more. I’m curious what you all think about the movie.

If someone asked me if I knew CPR I’d have to say no but after watching this video I’d still have to say no. I was too distracted, I guess I need to watch this a few more times.
