Singapore's WiFi Solution

I was checking Engadget today and saw that Singapore is to have nationwide WiFi by the end of the year. How is it so hard to blanket Singapore with WiFi. Here people of Singapore, here is how you do it.

• 1st - Go to computer store and purchase 1 Linksys Wireless Router.
• 2nd - Place it in the middle of Singapore.
• 3rd - Plug your interent connection into the Linksys Wireless Router.
• 4th - Boom! Nationwide WiFi.

How you guys need a project completion window of, “by the end of the year” just stumps me.
